Although we may not like to think about it, we all need to make a will to ensure that our wishes are carried out should anything happen to us. If you die without making a will your surviving spouse may not necessarily inherit all your Estate, in certain circumstances relatives you never see could inherit your Estate and in some cases your Estate could even pass to the crown. Why not put your mind at ease and contact our Private Client department to discuss your needs and requirements. If you have already made a Will but wish to alter it in some way we can also advise you on the preparation of a Codicil.
